Terms of Service
This page lays out my general terms of service for my art, as well as my adopts. Below are a few general terms for all of my artwork. By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
- All art is not to be used for commercial uses, and cannot be redistributed without credit.
Within this document, the definition of commercial uses includes merchandise (pins, stickers, plushies, ect) unless only for personal use (meaning that the merchandise is for you, and you alone).
Redistribution includes posting the image anywhere. Where to credit will be found later on the page.
- Art is not to be used for NFTs or AI databases whatsoever.
- Payment is expected to be completed within 72 hours of sending an invoice or link to ko-fi, unless discussed. Payment is also expected to be 100% upfront after the initial wip.
The only time refunds are allowed is after the first sketch. Commissioners would get a 45% refund.
- WIPs will be sent after each stage of my process unless specified.

- I have the right to refuse any commission. This means for whatever reason, I do not have to accept a commission.
- Discuss reposting before hand, and when reposting, make sure to always link back to my toyhouse or twitter/x account

- Do NOT sell designs for more than you bought for, UNLESS art is commissioned
This means redesigning the design and trying to sell it with just your art is NOT ALLOWED.
- Commercial rights to designs can be bought for a fee, but you must ask me about commercial use beforehand.
- Keep my designs recognizable from its original form when redesigning. Don't make it a completely different looking character.
- DO NOT use my designs as bigoted characters or hate symbols.
- My TOS are subject to change.
